Service One
Illuminated Property Portfolio
We prepare a bespoke portfolio of residences that meet your criteria, each presented with evening and daytime photography to show how spaces transform with natural and artificial light. Portfolio entries include floor plans, a neighbourhood map, and a written portrait of the living experience. Your advisor is available for follow-up questions at a time that suits you, with no expectation of a quick decision.

Service Two
Secure Lease Establishment
Our leasing team manages the complete documentation lifecycle, from drafting initial terms to coordinating the signing ceremony. We give particular attention to clauses regarding security deposits, restoration obligations, and early termination rights. All negotiations are conducted transparently, with you copied on significant correspondence. The final deliverable is a comprehensive lease package with every document clearly labelled and digitally archived.

Service Three
Luminary Home Administration
A full-service home management offering for clients who prefer to delegate the practicalities of maintaining a refined residence. Your administrator coordinates all vendor appointments, monitors building management notices, and addresses repair needs promptly. The service also includes seasonal preparation tasks — storm-proofing before monsoon season, scheduling deep cleaning during holidays, and coordinating with interior consultants for any refreshment you wish to undertake. Biannual performance reports document the condition and care of your property.
